Following the success of the Comarch product workshops organized in Germany, Austria and Switzerland in 2009 and the second edition organized in Stockholm in 2010 for the Scandinavian region, Comarch continues its workshop series by inviting operators from the Polish market to meet in Warsaw, Poland.
The event has been organized as part of a larger workshop series, which to date have taken place in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Greece, France and Sweden. The idea to hold this installment of the workshops in Poland resulted from local operator demand. In light of the fact that Comarch’s main strategy is to adhere to customer and market needs, we took the decision to organize the workshops in Warsaw. The event will take place in the Mercure Fryderyk Chopin Hotel in Warsaw on 27th of May, 2010. This time around the workshops will be focused solely on Comarch OSS, with the Polish BSS edition being considered for later this year.
The Warsaw installment of the event will revolve around the topics of network and service management for mobile and fixed operators, as well as providers of services such as the Internet and cable TV.
Throughout the presentations led by Comarch experts, we will be demonstrating innovative solutions to common problems associated with network resources and services. The workshops will also provide a platform for exchanging knowledge about network planning, service assurance and SQM. Comarch will present its most interesting projects carried out for the largest global operators, thus granting attendees the opportunity to discover how our products work in practice.
The event will include our special guest, Heinz Wutdke - Team Manager, Processes & Support for E-Plus, Germany, who will be presenting a case study of Comarch Next Generation Network Planning.
27th of May 2010

Workshop attendance will be limited to service providers only. We would especially like to extend the invitation to managers of planning, network configuration, monitoring and operations, as well as support departments.
